Open Gym

The New St. Mark Family Life Center provides open gym for basketball, volleyball, aerobics, walking/running and other physical fitness activity.

Schedule

Young/Adult Men, Wednesdays, 7:30pm - 9:30pm (Ages 16 and up) The cost is $5 per person.

Boys, Thursdays, 3:30pm - 5:30pm (Ages 10 - 16 years) There is no cost.

Girls, Tuesdays, 3:30pm - 5:30pm (Ages 10 - 16 years) There is no cost.
