Home Repair Program

Abayomi CDC administers the NOF Home Repair Program for the City of Detroit. Low-income homeowners who reside in far northwest area of the city may apply for a forgivable home repair loan. Minor Home Repair assistance is available at a maximum of $24,950 per property.
