Youth Basketball League
April 14 to June 30, 2012

Registration Fee: $150 before February 29, 2012 ($160 thereafter)

League All-Star Game
This annual event held Memorial Day Weekend, highlights the skills of the Jr. NBA/Jr. WNBA League participants. Participants receive medals, and a trophy is awarded to the game MVP.
NBA FIT/WNBA FIT Challenge
The NBA FIT/ WNBA FIT Challenge is free for boys and girls ages 14 and under, and encourages participants to maintain healthy, active lifestyles. The competition will offer more than 100,000 youngsters the chance to demonstrate their physical fitness through a time-based fitness course that includes line sprints, jump rope, speed revolutions, wall passes, and defensive shuffles. The challenge tests participants’ speed, strength, agility, and overall physical fitness. Participants have the opportunity to compete in three (3) levels of competition: Local Competition, Regional Competition and National Finals.
iHoops Skills Challenge
This local competition provides boys and girls ages 9 to 14 a FREE opportunity to display three (3) fundamental basketball skills – shooting, dribbling and passing.
Participants have the opportunity to compete in three (3) levels of competition: Local Competition, Regional Competition and National Finals. Top performers from the Regional Competition level receive an all-expense paid trip to the National Finals.

Skills & Drills Camp
Each summer Abayomi CDC conducts a basketball camp for those players interested in developing their fundamental basketball skills. In 2008, this camp featured NBA Legend Lindsey Hunter.
