2012 Cheerleading Clinic
Learn a dance routine and cheer at the Jr NBA All Star and Championship Game!
When?
Begins Saturday, March 31 and lasts for 4 weeks
10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

Who?
Any girl ages 6-14 can attend.
There will be 3-4 age groups learning different routines
What's Included?
- Routine Instruction by Michigan Metro Cheer
- Pizza and drinks for lunch
- Performance for Parents at Jr NBA All Star Game
- Bring your own pom poms! Red, White or Blue
- Wear comfy clothes and gym shoes

As parent or legal guardian of the named child, I consent to his/her participation in Abayomi CDC Cheerleading Clinic. I release any Abayomi CDC coaches, staff, and participants from any and all liability for injury received by my child while participating in Clinic. I also understand that by signing this form, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to all of the rules, policies and terms included with this registration.
